Long time no time. Hi everyone. I'm retired and living in Fla.
I've thought about getting the old yoke out and trying some flying on FSX, but I remember how slow the frame rates were. Any improvements in this area?
Also, how would I do voice with you guys. Thanks

Hi Art! Long time no see.

FSX can be flown with a good 3.2GHz Pentium 4 or equivalent if you pull the sliders back and don't lust after too much eye candy. I've been flying it on my old system. But on a slower setup, FS2004 with good terrain mesh and some good landclass is almost as good for low and slow flying.
