Here are a few I grabbed over the past couple of days.

First is a wide screen shot leaving Medford, Oregon (KMFR) in the 172 on a foggy morning. On the particular flight I was forced back to Medford as visibility dropped to zero in the mountains. Note the baseball field at the lower right and the nice scattering of houses and trees.

When I finally beat the fog, the approach to Winkle Bar (OR74) was through some tight ravines into a valley clearing. Tough approach.

The last shot is the 737 over Alice Springs, Australia enroute to Ayres Rock. Water color here is much too bright blue (more like tropical island water color), but note the water surface treatment with the water slider set at 2X using DirectX9c. Nice treatment of clouds and haze.

nice pics Mike.
